The Israeli embassy has resumed operations in Kyiv. This is stated in the message of the department on May 17.
Ambassador Mykhailo Brodsky reportedly hoisted a flag over the embassy on Tuesday.
“Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Mykhailo Brodsky raised the Israel flag near the Israel embassy in Ukraine in Kyiv,” the agency said.
The day before, Brodsky announced his return to Kyiv.
The Indian embassy also planned to resume operations in Kyiv on May 17, it said last week.
On May 11, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he was in the capital at the time.
Diplomatic missions moved their offices from Kyiv – mainly to western Ukraine – the day before and after the start on February 24.
